Harvard Business Review recently published an article on how to boost your emotional intelligence (EQ). In order to do so, the authors—Thomas Chamorro-Premuzic and Michael Sanger—talk about EQ being composed of two parts:

Identity (how we see ourselves)
Reputation (how others see us.)

Traditionally, EI has not been measurable with any sort of assistance by machine or examining language patterns or context.

That is what we are up to with Zimgo.

Not all of the advice on how to increase your EQ is particularly useful. But it helps to start the awareness quotient. I like that.
